GearForge · First Drop

One idea. Three ways to make it real.

Start with an original digital kit, use ColorMatch to shape a direction, or request a finished object. GearForge is the bridge between the design you imagine and the object you can hold.

The first release is being made carefully.

Nothing here is padded with duplicate files or vague compatibility claims. Each release gets a clean source, operating notes, and a test path before it opens.

GF-02Layout + xTool import passed · physical test held

Original Gear Elements

Release 01 · five-element vector sheet

Five original vector paths now sit in a clean, label-free machine layout, and the exact candidate scale has passed an xTool Studio readback. Founder rights, one physical material test, final terms, and buyer delivery still have to pass before purchase.

GF-01Held for redesign + physical validation

Kinetic Coaster V2.4

92 mm baseline / validation hold

A 92 mm V2.4 mechanism baseline is being documented—not a final 4-inch customer file. It remains held until the format, fit, and real physical proof are complete.

GF-03Source layouts audited · clean export held

Two-Gear Heart Keychain

Source-audited / export hold

Two real XCS layouts are preserved and reviewed. They contain multiple component studies, so one intentional customer layout still needs to be isolated and independently imported before it is offered as a digital file.

Elite tier · K9 inner crystal

A mark that appears to live inside the object.

K9 inner crystal is a future atelier service for portraits, signatures, and personal marks with a floating effect. It requires its own material source, focal plan, settings evidence, and partner proof before an order can be accepted.

There is no K9 checkout, production promise, or published machine recipe today. This is a private-interest path only.

Your email is recorded in the private K9 Crystal interest list only.

Fulfillment, protected

Worldwide production is the next rung—not an empty promise.

GearForge Fulfillment will route approved jobs to vetted makers only after the artwork, material, turnaround, and proof requirements agree. The partner system stays private until its first end-to-end job is complete.
